What You CAN Do

  • Use provided assets (SFX, presets, etc.) in your productions
  • Modify and customize templates for your specific needs
  • Teach others the techniques you've learned (without sharing our materials)

What You CANNOT Do

  • Resell, redistribute, or share our original materials
  • Copy specific creative elements from reference videos
  • Claim our educational content as your own work
  • Create competing educational products using our materials
  • Share login credentials or account access with others
  • Use materials to train AI models or automated systems

Includes:

Restrictions:

  • No redistribution of original materials
  • Single user account only

All-Access License

Included with subscription plans

Includes:

  • Everything in Personal License
  • Access to entire library
  • New releases included
  • Priority support

Restrictions:

  • Active subscription required
  • Cannot transfer account access

Team License

For agencies and teams (3+ users)

Includes:

  • Multiple user accounts
  • Shared asset library
  • Team management tools
  • Extended commercial rights

Restrictions:

  • Limited to licensed team size
  • No white-label redistribution

Detailed License Terms

By purchasing any Viral Edit Lab product, you agree to the following license terms and conditions.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this agreement, Viral Edit Lab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our educational materials for the purposes outlined in your specific license type.

This license begins upon purchase and remains valid according to your specific license terms (lifetime for single purchases, duration of subscription for recurring plans).

2. Educational Purpose and Ethical Use

Important: Ethical Learning Only

Our materials teach you to understand and apply editing techniques, NOT to copy specific creator content. Always create original work inspired by techniques, never direct copies.

  • Study editing patterns and techniques from our breakdowns
  • Apply learned principles to your own original content
  • Use our templates as starting points for your unique videos
  • Respect the original creators whose work we analyze

3. Commercial Use Rights

You may use the techniques learned and assets provided to create commercial content, including:

  • Your own YouTube channel or social media content
  • Client work and freelance projects
  • Content for businesses or organizations
  • Monetized videos on any platform

4. Restrictions and Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing our original educational materials
  • Creating derivative educational products using our content
  • Reverse engineering our proprietary analysis methods for resale
  • Using materials for training competing AI or automated systems
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of original creators we analyze

5. Attribution and Credit

While not required, we appreciate attribution when you:

  • Share knowledge gained from our materials with others
  • Teach techniques you've learned (without sharing our materials)
  • Reference our analysis in your own educational content

6. License Termination

This license may be terminated if you:

  • Violate any terms of this agreement
  • Engage in prohibited redistribution
  • Fail to pay subscription fees (for recurring licenses)
  • Use materials in a way that harms Viral Edit Lab or other creators

Upon termination, you must cease using our materials and delete downloaded files.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may update these license terms from time to time. Continued use of our materials after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
